SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Made-to-order or Made-to-measure: Our piece will be produced with LOVE and care individually for you in our Virginia atelier.

Please allow 5-20 business days processing and production time before it gets shipped. Contact us if you need to harry or check out our Ready-to-ship Collection. Made-to-measure pieces are eligible for exchange or return. Expedited shipping and services are available for an extra charge.

We ship via USPS within:

  • 2-3 business days for Express USPS shipping for MASKS ONLY

  • 5-10 business days standard USPS shipping for face masks

  • 7-12 business days for accessories due to high demand

  • 7-20 business days for made-to-order/made-to-measure items. Contact us if you need to hurry.

  • 1-3 months for bespoke gowns

We ship only after we clear your payments.

If for any reason the item needs additional materials, we will notify you within 24 hours of the delay.
In this case, shipment can be delayed by 2 weeks. We will notify you by email if that is the case.

WHERE WE DELIVER

We ship only to physical shipping addresses within the contiguous United States and Canada. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses.
We ship to international locations beyond the US and Canada.

HOW WE DELIVER

  • Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when we finish processing your order.

  • Lost packages:
    If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email from us,
    please contact us within 3 business day from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email.
    Iryna Mologoko Couture will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced, stolen packages.

We charge shipping and handling fees based on the total original value, weight, size of items in your order (before any applied discounts or coupons) as shown in the chart below:

CANADIAN CUSTOMS FEES

Commercial shipping fees for delivery to Canada include the following additional charges:

 

Customs and duties:
Typically 17% or 18% of the order value

PST/GST or HST:
Usually about 12% to 13%; it may be higher or lower based on your province

Courier’s Processing Fee

If you place an order on Iryna Mologoko Couture for delivery to Canada, you agree to pay the above duties and taxes levied by the Canadian government, except where fees are noted as waived. You’ll be charged for these fees as a part of your order, and they’ll appear on your invoice. Iryna Mologoko Couture will then pay all customs and duties fees and taxes on your behalf to Canadian customs through our shipping courier. This ensures a smooth delivery process so that you don’t have to pay these fees prior to being able to receive your order.

  • We use USPS international shipping standard rates calculation based on USPS first class international shipping service.

  • USPS international express shipping is also available
